By registering for the challenge, you are opting in to daily text messages (messaging rates may apply). Participants understand and agree that coaching sessions are designed to help the Participant gain greater self-awareness; create and/or develop goals; find strategies for achieving objectives; and live an engaged and fulfilled life. At the same time, Participants are solely responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being including their choices and decisions. Coaching is not for the purpose of diagnosing or treating mental health or emotional issues or for therapy. Those areas must be handled with a licensed therapist. Coaching is not a substitute for appropriate professional advice in various areas such as legal, medical, mental, emotional, spiritual, finances, and the like. The coaching session(s) shall be confidential between the Participant and Coach. Nothing discussed in the session(s) will be shared with anyone without the Participant’s written authority. Confidentiality does not prohibit disclosure of information required by law.
